Nice service and location is convenience
Convenient to Red Line Metro and Metro bus stops. Very close to Grand Central Market. Rooms were very affordable and I like the large shower area. Very quiet.
Desk chair was useless as entry side twin bed was too close for chair to be pulled out.
Convenient location to Disney Hall and to downtown L.A. There is also a market nearby and a fridge in the room.
Rooms were passably clean but still smelled like smoke, even the room said non-smoking. Water temperature fluctuated and sink in bathroom barely worked.
Budget hotel, in the central area, but no shops, no bars, no restaurants nearby... Try to avoid it, unless you prefere a very convenient price.
The room was very clean. Great location for being away from the seedy side of downtown LA.
No coffee pot in the room.
The value for the location is extraordinary. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff was very friendly. And was right on top of things
The room was very small nothing like the pictures. The TV was small and in an odd place to see.
The staff were very courteous and friendly. The location was in central downtown Los Angeles with easy access to other parts of the city. Definitely good value for money.
1. There was no in-house restaurant. This would have made my stay definitely better as the closest restaurant opens at about 8am and closes at 4pm! 2. There is no room internet service- only a desktop computer at the hotel reception
Parking price excessive compering to the room rate.
I like the stye of your hotel. It's like a place near the seaside. And it's also a special hotel with a nice restaurant and a bar.
Location is good as it is near to Civic Center Monorail. Room is clean.
Fridge is not working. No coffee machine.
Location is the key ingredient. It is centrally located in downtown L.A. Price at that location is a bog draw.
The rooms seemed lacking - the beds weren't especially comfortable, there was little water pressure, the hot water took a long time to come on, the rooms had a faint odor and the internet was expensive and spotty.
Rate for the second night.
Rate for the first night. Because I stayed the same room and rate was almost doubled and a shampoo wasn't refilled.
Its not the best, its cramped, and definitely has its flaws. But it was a short walk away from Little Tokyo and we had a shuttle bus come and take us to lacc for our event, so location wise it was perfect. Its not for everyone, and if your looking for comfort, look somewhere else. We had also heard that the walls where real thin- This wasn't true! We had booked 2 rooms, and we absolutely could not hear eachother through the walls even when we tried. The bathrrom is very roomy though. :)
Basically just very small. Some of the hallways where crooked and slanted, which gave a weird sort of vertigo.
Nothing, there was terrible smell in room, feeling of uncleanliness, towels and linen poor, telephone and internet in room were not working, room very small, bathroom facilities very primitive (that was reason I did not use shower during my short stay) in short: I will never stay in that hotel again and I do not recommend it to anybody. Hotel needs general overhaul and staff needs training.
